Employees who fail to log in or out on the Biometric machine despite being present in the office premises may file for COA.
However, a reprimand or disciplinary action may be given to employees who habitually forget to log in or out on the Biometric machine.
In the event that you were in the office premises but the biometric device did not register this for any reason, inform your team leader before filing a COA.
You may file for a COA through Bridge. You will be required to indicate the time you arrived and left the office, as well as the reason why your attendance was not reflected.
Employees who were deployed to a client should file for Official Business in their Bridge account within 3 days.
The time that they indicate in their OB file should be the time they arrived at the client or left the office if they came from the company premise.
